The Foldable Table DL81C, designed by Artek co-founder Alvar Aalto, introduces a new typology to the Aalto table collection. Designed with compact spaces in mind, the drop leaf effortlessly extends to increase seating and storage space.
To celebrate the reintroduction of the table, it is available in three limited two-tone editions. Inspired by the highly sought-after vintage Aalto foldable tables, the two tones reflect the natural patination that differed between the tabletop and drop leaf. The closed drop leaf is exposed to varying levels of light and contact, resulting in a unique colour pattern.

Tabletop surface in birch veneer, white laminate or linoleum in the following colours: black, clay top with walnut drop leaf, pistachio top with olive drop leaf, vapour top with smokey blue drop leaf.
