Kaweco

The history of the Kaweco brand name has its roots in 1883 when the Heidelberg spring holder factory was founded in Handschuhsheim. The factory produced fountain pens under brands names, Kaweco is one of them. 

The first Kaweco fountain pen was patented by Kaweco in 1908 and by 1911 had expanded to see sales in Berlin, Paris, Zurich and Vienna. During this time the Kaweco Sport was born.
