In Between chair
In Between chair by Sami Kallio for &tradition.
Marrying traditional forms with contemporary manufacturing processes, the In Between range offers a unique chair, stool, and tables.
Only the first wooden chair to be designed for andtradition, the In Between chair adopts two traditional techniques in its manufacture. The form pressed seat and the rear frame is made from compression moulded veneer for lightness and strength, whilst the solid wood back support and legs are turned on a lathe for greater detail. The result is a well-balanced expression and a chair that embraces both the sitter and modern design.
Also available with upholstered seat. Please enquire for details.

Craft meets art. Function meets form. Material meets potential. This is the &tradition's Nordic tradition and heritage.
&tradition aims to bridge these values to contemporary design, reshaping, redefining and reinventing materials, techniques and forms. &tradition covers the masters of yesterday, as well as contemporary designers.
The &tradition roots are Nordic; with respect for nature that provides raw materials, and believe in design that is made to last.
