Eero Saarinen sought to simplify and unify the design of furniture by removing what he described as the "slum of legs" of typical tables. Saarinen's ideal materialised in the Tulip collection. Designed in 1957, the collection includes a range of tables and chairs.
The Tulip table has since become an icon of mid-century design, characterised by a sculptural pedestal base and refined bevel-edged table top.

Materials
White base made from heavy moulded cast aluminium painted with Rilsan high-performance polymer coating.
The top is available in bevel-edged grigio carnico marble.
