Lampadaire Droit by Serge Mouille for Serge Mouille Editions.
Lampadaire Droit is characterised by its shell-like shade and attenuated arm and base. Like many of Mouille's lamps of this era, the sculptural standing lamp has a kinetic quality, conjuring a sense of movement, while its slender tripod base and tapered feet create an insect-like form.
The One-Arm floor lamp is a less imposing adaptation of the original Three-arm model, featuring a single tiltable head which can be articulated up, down and around in a 270° rotation.
Designed in 1953, the standing lamp features Mouille's signature use of refined lines, six-sided hardware and the brass swivel connector which joins the arm to the diffuser.
Bulb (included): E27 base; 42W max - 230V, 50Hz
Delivered with a certificate of authenticity, each lamp is stamped and numbered.
