The limited edition PH 2/1 Table Lamp features the same defining characteristics of the original but with dusty terracotta-coloured glass and a base made from lacquered aged brass.
The PH 2/1 is based on Poul Henningsen's three-shade system, developed to deliver glare-free light, direct light where it is needed most, and create soft shadows using incandescent bulbs as the light source. This system allows 12% of the light to contribute to room lighting. At the same time, the majority of the illumination is focused outwards and downwards to create an atmospheric and compelling glow.
Each PH lamp number indicates the size of its shades. The PH 2/1 Table Lamp consists of a top shade of approximately 20 cm, with the lower shades being the same as those used in the 1/1 version.

Materials
Shades are mouth-blown, four-layer dusty terracotta coloured glass which has a gloss finish on the upper side and is sandblasted matt on the inside to give a softly diffuse distribution of light.
Base and stem made from aged brass brushed with fine hairlines, lacquered.
Light source: 1x33W G9 bulb (not included).
Brown textile cable.
Each limited edition PH 2/1 Table Lamp features Poul Henningsen's signature at the bottomhouse.
