Introducing the Brasilia Lounge Chair designed by Anderrsen and Voll for Menu. Drawing inspiration from Brazilian modernism and Scandinavian mid-century design, the armchair-lounge chair hybrid strikes the perfect balance of being neither too casual nor too structured and formal. It is the epitome of luxurious comfort; the ergonomic, low-lying frame and soft upholstery creates a sense of ease in any setting.
Made using traditional joinery techniques, the lounge chair’s bold silhouette is enhanced by its exaggerated armrests, sturdy legs and cushioned seat and backrest. Originally imagined for The Audo, the Brasilia is suitable for both traditional and contemporary interiors. The unparalleled, sculptural wooden form is timeless and fitting for both the home and commercial Contracts projects.

Materials
The Brasilia Lounge Chair features a natural oiled oak, dark stained oak, or lacquered walnut frame, crafted from FSC certified wood.
The seat and backrest are made internally from sculpted foam wrapped around a steel frame.
