A trained engineer and carpenter, Christoffersen's insight into the properties of wood can be seen in the clean lines and satisfying form of the Salt Penguin.
The piece features the renowned Hulstrøm Salt Grinder mechanism and was designed with the desire to create a counterpart for the iconic Pepper Bird, with the same ideology, handsomely fusing function with playful design.
