Ypsilion Print, 2022
Ypsilion Print by Pierre Charpin for The Wrong Shop.
Pierre Charpin once said that all his drawings could be classified into three categories: line drawings, dot drawings, and flat colour drawings - although sometimes, the categories co-exist. He considers the line category might be the one he has spent the most time on.
Ypsilion could be considered as one of his line drawings. The contemporary poster offers a striking, minimalist look by displaying six different coloured lines in different colours, which overlap at the top and disperse at the bottom. They sit atop an off-white vastness creating a strong contrast.
Available with a frame or without a frame.
