Arne Jacobsen Coffee Pot

Coffee Pot by Arne Jacobsen for Stelton.

Discover the timeless elegance of the Arne Jacobsen classic coffee pot, part of the iconic Cylinda-line range. Initially designed in 1967, this minimalist, cylindrical piece quickly became a design icon. Crafted from high-quality stainless steel with a Bakelite handle, the coffee pot holds 1.5 litres and remains a symbol of sophistication today. Experience the perfect blend of form and function with this modern, cutting-edge design.

Although launched in 1967, the Cylinda-lines conception began three years earlier at a family dinner at Arne Jacobsen's. Peter Holmblad, who was Arne Jacobsen's stepson and the owner of Stelton, asked Jacobsen to create a complete series for Stelton that would include everything for the home bar. Initially, Jacobsen was hesitant due to his busy schedule, but after Holmblad showed him his sketches, he began developing these ideas further.

When commenting on the collaboration, Peter Holmblad said, " I knew that when Arne saw my own inadequate sketches, he would instinctively make corrections. He could not stand the sight of ugly design."
