The Primo is an archetypal chair. Grcic designed this chair using only the most basic elements: four legs, seat and backrest. The legs and seat have a strict, architectural-like appearance, this aesthetic is disrupted by the curved backrest.
Alone the Primo chair has sculptural qualities. When used in numbers the Primo has unassuming rationality that makes it an ideal addition to the home or workplace. The frame of the chair is made from solid beech. When lacquered in black the chairs strong silhouette is unmissable, not unlike when lacquered in gold. The chair is also available in solid American oak with an upholstered leather seat.
