Ahm House

twentytwentyone have worked with architects Coppin Dockray to renovate the modernist Ahm House, built by Danish architect Jørn Utzon in 1961. The home was created for friend Povl Ahm, with whom he also worked at Ove Arup & Partners on projects including the Sydney Opera House.

The renovation has mixed contemporary and classic design, working to enhance the essence of the residence. The lighting throughout the building was reconceived and furniture chosen to complement the natural and crafted materials of the house while meeting the functional needs of a growing family. The included both new and vintage pieces.
