Hans Wegner began working with Getama over 60 years ago and their collaboration produced many classic designs that continue to be manufactured to this day. The GE290 family was designed in 1953 and embraces armchairs and two sizes of sofa. The down-wrapped cushions and wide armrests offer high levels of comfort.

The 290-3 three-seat sofa is a classic piece of Danish design which offers comfort and practicality for everyday use.

The frame is available in oak, in the following finishes: untreated, lacquered, or soaped.
