Botan Bench by Jasper Morrison for Maruni.
Originally designed for his own terrace, Jasper Morrison lived with the Botan Bench for five years before presenting it to Maruni. Recognising its broader potential, particularly in shared and public environments, the Japanese manufacturer brought the design into production in a variety of sizes and material options, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
Maintaining a focus on essential form, the bench with backrest pairs clean horizontal lines with a gently inclined back support for added comfort. The seating surfaces are subtly angled to follow the contours of the body, while the generous thickness of the structure provides strength and durability for everyday use.
Defined by its pared-back simplicity, the bench features gently angled horizontal surfaces designed to support the body comfortably. Its solid, substantial construction ensures durability, making it well-suited for frequent, everyday use.

Materials
Available in two sizes in oak wood in bold whitish, bold black, bold charcoal, whitish or natural black finishes.
The wood used in this product is obtained from oak trees in North America that are managed and felled in a planned manner.
