Originally created for his own terrace, Jasper Morrison used the Botan Bench privately for five years before introducing the design to Maruni. Recognising its suitability for shared environments, the Japanese manufacturer brought the bench into production, offering it in a range of sizes and materials to suit both indoor and outdoor settings.
Defined by its pared-back simplicity, the bench features gently angled horizontal surfaces designed to support the body comfortably. Its solid, substantial construction ensures durability, making it well-suited for frequent, everyday use.

Materials
Available in two sizes in oak wood in bold whitish, bold black, bold charcoal, whitish or natural black finishes.
The wood used in this product is obtained from oak trees in North America that are managed and felled in a planned manner.
