Manufacture de Digoin has been making traditional French pottery at their factory in the Burgundy region of France since 1875.
New life was breathed into the company in 2014, when former marketing and communications specialist Corrine Jordan Gros bought the pottery works and set about restoring its fortunes. Under her direction, the company continues to produce a range of traditional ceramic goods brought up to date with new colours and forms.
All Manufacture de Digoin pieces are shaped and glazed by hand using a locally-sourced sandstone clay and fired at 1250°C to produce a highly durable finish.
