Designed in 1964, the Falkland pendant's striking and sculptural form is achieved through the opposing forces of its materials. When suspended, its collapsible hoop structure gently stretches an outer sleeve of finely woven fabric to create its tensioned silhouette.
A single bulb illuminates the curves of the fabric, creating a soft, diffused light.

Made with varying sized aluminium rings and fine elastic fabric.

Care: The fabric, including metal hoops, can be washed in lukewarm water with mild soap.
