The Hug Dining Armchair was created by fusing the design of two classic archetypes: the Chinese Ming-style circle chair, and the Thonet Vienna N.811 armchair. Designed in 2019, this pairing creates a minimalist creation.
The name Hug stands for: Humane, Universal and Genuine, however, it also reflects the sensation of an enveloping hug, another inspiration behind this chair.
