Le 25bis Luxury Guest House

Ramsey Krause designed the newly opened boutique hotel and champagne shop on the world-famous Avenue de Champagne in Epernay for the House of Leclerc Briant.

Their concept honours both past and present, preserving many of the period elements of the 18th Century townhouse and mixing original French antiques with contemporary Scandinavian furniture. It’s a blend of classic French luxury brands like Zuber and Hermès alongside Carl Hansen, Gubi, and Marc Krusin.

The intimate but grand interior spaces lead out onto two beautiful terraces and a garden. Here, guests can have breakfast in the morning and drink champagne in the afternoon on the Schultz for Knoll range. The design is positioned to appeal to both local visitors as well as international travellers who come with high expectations.
