Television Centre, previously the iconic home of creative broadcasting and a landmark of modern London architecture, has been transformed into new homes, offices and television studios.
twentytwentyone Contracts has worked closely with creative consultants Suzy Hoodless on the mixed-use development, taking inspiration from the Grade II-listed building and its original architecture while looking forward to its future inhabitants and their needs.
The project involved the sensitive refurbishment of the lobby, co-working spaces and apartments, the furniture and lighting specified to meet the mid-century look while incorporating European contemporary design.
