Jenni Roininen
Born in 1973, Jenni Roininen is a product designer and creative director at Nikari since 2011. Roininen's role at the Finnish furniture brand involves overseeing the overall visual image of the company, which entails everything from the broad picture to the smallest of technical details. She has created a range of timeless designs for Nikari, including the Basic Table, Seminar Sofa, Seminar Lounge Chair and Detalji Bench. Her designs stand out for their refined minimalist style and profound regard for materiality.
Roininen holds a Masters in furniture design from the University of Art and Design in Helsinki, Finland and received Designer of the Year at Monocle's Design Awards in 2021.
