Stella Baggott creates stoneware ceramics with a distinct sense of character, each with unique impressed decorations and glazes. Balancing the functional with the decorative, her pots and vases can be used to display flowers, herbs or succulents, or as containers for pencils, pens or kitchen utensils.
Baggot founded her Brighton-based studio Atelier Stella in 2012, creating hand-sculpted ceramics using slab and pinch-pot techniques. The resulting unique and characterful designs are influenced by Swedish, Italian and Cornish pottery of the 1950s and 60s.
