Austin Austin is a family-run business dedicated to producing organic skincare products using the finest natural ingredients.

The Norfolk-based company was founded by father and daughter Richard and Bessie Austin, drawing on their considerable professional experience of working in design, advertising and the ethical and organic food sector.

The principle that organic products ensure optimum care for the soil, the environment and ourselves underpins all that Austin Austin does. Organic crops are up to 60% higher in antioxidants compared to non-organic and have a higher proportion of the vitamins, mineral salts, essential fatty and amino acids which are crucial for skin-cell function and repair. 

Accordingly, all Austin Austin formulations are certified organic by the Soil Association and COSMOS. Richard Austin has been registered with the Soil Association since 1979

The formulations are also vegan (apart from the body cream which uses a small amount of beeswax) and do not contain any GM ingredients, SLS, silicones, parabens, mineral oils, artificial colours or fragrances.

Of their products, the Austins say: "We want every bottle of Austin Austin to be of exquisite quality, to be a canvas for artwork on the bathroom shelf and to be priced in a way that ensures that our products don’t become too precious to be properly enjoyed every day."

Each formula is produced in East Anglia and tested exclusively on people. Product bottles are made from 100% recycled material and boxes from FSC-accredited sustainably managed forests. All packaging used is recyclable.
