Confiture Parisienne makes exquisite jams using the finest seasonal ingredients and a scrupulous artisanal approach which restricts manufacture to small batches, timed to the minute, in order to best preserve the intense flavours of fruits and spices used.
Each jam is prepared using a two-stage process. The fruit is first heated to soften and imbue it with sugar, and the mixture is then allowed to rest for a night to allow the sugar to penetrate to the very heart of the batch. A second heating the following day achieves the ideal consistency and taste.
Individual pots are beautifully presented with a classic French design. The white lacquered jars help to protect the contents from light, extending shelf life, and all jars may be recycled.
