Form + Refine
Form + Refine is a Danish design brand established in 2018 by Helle Herman Mortensen, Jonas Herman Pedersen, and Lasse Lund Lauridsen. The brand was established to preserve the earth and craft cultures through design and materials, ensuring equal importance is placed on materials, form, and sustainability.
The Danish brand creates elegant Nordic design, paying homage to those who have come before while also striving to push boundaries. They consider design to be an art form and a functional object, believing quality is the foundation for creating designs that will be cherished for generations.
Each Form + Refine item has a story to tell about its material. Utilising the purest and highest-quality materials to guarantee their products last a long time, they strongly believe that the best craftsmanship can be found in the country of the materials' origin, where they can manufacture products in line with their respective countries' dedicated skills and traditions.
Form + Refine's sustainability strategy centres around reducing its carbon footprint by sourcing materials locally and utilising local workshops. All of its furniture and wooden accessories are manufactured exclusively in Europe.
Form + design is certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC®).
