Kohchosai are devoted to excellence in bamboo.

twentytwentyone has selected some of their everyday tools including whisks and tongs, alongside sculptural designs by Makoto Koizumi. The Koizumi range of spatulas and spoons provide ergonomic functionality whilst being things of beauty.

Kohchosai Kosuga Bamboo was founded in the Kyoto region in 1898.
