Mayor Sofa AJ5 by Arne Jacobsen + Flemming Lassen for &Tradition.
The Mayor sofa was created for Søllerød City Hall, built 1939-1942. The Danish architects Arne Jacobsen and Flemming Lassen were responsible for the entire aesthetic of the town hall from the design of the building to the furniture.
The fitted upholstery features two rows of elegant buttons that extend over the armrests and back giving the sofa a simple and stylish look. Features three loose seat cushions.

Customers own fabric or leather must be approved by &tradition to ensure suitability for upholstery, please enquire for further details.
Note: Fire treatment is required for use in a public space. Furniture orders requiring FR treatment will incur a 15% upcharge, with an increase of 3 weeks to the lead time. Please enquire for further details.
*Fabrics meet BS5852, Source 5 and don't require further fire treatment.
