Model 548 table light, designed in 1951, epitomises Gino Sarfatti's work, featuring a play on balance and light reflection. The spotlight is fixed on a tubular stem while a small brass bar at the base works as a counterweight in the delicate balancing act of the different components of Model 548.
The table light can generate both reflected and diffused light by adjusting the direction of the spotlight. The light is available with the diffuser in orange, grey or azure finish and base in burnished or polished brass.
