Snoopy Table Lamp by A Castiglioni & P.G Castiglioni for Flos.
Inspired by the infamous beagle from Charles M. Schulz's comic strip, Peanuts, Achille and Pier Castiglioni's snout-shaped lamp is aptly named Snoopy. The jovial light is defined by its minimalist graphic form comprised of an enamelled metal lampshade atop a cylindrical marble base.
Innovative for its time, the initial design featured a progressive dimming system housed in the base, as well as three cooling holes in the shade, much like a bowling balls, which double as a grip for ease of movement.
There is an ON-OFF dimmer with a sensor located on the marble base.
Available with Black, Orange or Green shade.
