First designed in 1952 by Danish designer and architect Hans J. Wegner, the CH71 lounge chair and CH72 sofa is a range of elegant seating that possesses fine craftsmanship and sculptural qualities.
Suited for private and commercial spaces, the modern lounge chair and sofa features a slim profile, upholstered frame and round tapered legs in solid wood. The seating comes with loose cushions and armrests that are finished with soft rounded solid wood handles.

Materials
The frame is available in oak with a soaped, clear lacquered, oiled, white oiled finish, or black lacquered finish. Also available in walnut with a lacquered or oiled finish.
This range can be upholstered in a variety of Carl Hansen fabrics or leathers. The chair also comes with a matching upholstered seat cushion, please enquire for a custom cushion.
