The Za Stool series was designed by Japanese industrial designer Naoto Fukasawa in 2021. Using recycled aluminium, Fuasawa created a collection of stools embodying Emeco's strength, lightweight, and sustainability principles.
This collaboration resulted in a timeless, versatile, and durable seating family that reflects their shared values and high standards.
"Za" means "a place to sit" in Japanese. It reflects the designer's vision of creating a multi-functional piece of furniture that adds a touch of elegance and functionality wherever it is placed.
