The Edge collection from Fritz Hansen draws inspiration from ancient Greek amphorae and traditional pottery methods. Each pot is hand-thrown in Portugal from locally sourced clay, featuring a gently tapering shape and rests on a slightly elevated base.
Created by Danish ceramicists Stilleben, the pots come in three sizes, making them suitable for a variety of indoor settings, from windowsills to spaces that accommodate larger houseplants.
Though none of the pots feature a drainage hole, the smallest size includes a small metal grid in the base that allows water to drain.
While the pots do not have drainage holes, the smallest size includes a discreet metal grid at the base to help the water drain.
