Launched in 2017, The Overlap family of outdoor furniture by TAF Architects has a simple and sturdy leg system formed from folded sheet steel and inspired by the intersection of a scissors' blades.
Suited to both indoor and outdoor use all year round, the Overlap bench can be easily combined with a table or may simply stand alone. An Overlap rectangular table is also available.

Materials
The rounded section of the steel legs softens the angular appearance of the bench legs, which overlap at the top in order to support a seat made of solid, untreated Western Red Cedarwood.
The striking contrast between the powder-coated steel legs and rustic wooden plank seat ensures Overlap feels at once contemporary and solidly traditional. In addition, the untreated tabletop will weather with use and acquire a unique patina and character.
Available with Hunter green powder-coated legs.
