Gubi's 2024 re-edition of the chair delivers updates in colour, comfort and functionality to align with the needs of the 21st century. In addition to the classic black frame, the chair is now available in International Orange, a colour used by Matégot in a number of his designs from the 1950s, including early editions of the Copacabana. The vibrant frame and elegant upholstery options playfully contrast the industrial hardness of the tubular steel frame, resulting in a laid-back yet striking design.
