Designed in the 1960s the Stem series captures a moment of crossover between art, design and engineering in Los Angeles. Its rounded organic form takes inspiration from the space-race and the curved metal forms of spacecraft.
As the epitome of Curry's design legacy, the Stem lights have been reissued by Gubi. Yet for modern living, they have been revitalised. Their original pop colours have been updated to a more neutral palette to suit contemporary interiors.
