A floating seat with a lenticular silhouette, Lissoni describes the sofa as both a paradox and a folly: a sofa with a curved base may seem absurd, but depending on your height and where you sit, the sofa offers versatility in comfort.
The sofa is part of the Sumo family, which comprises a table/bench, an armchair, and a straight based sofa.

Dimensions
Two-seat:220w x 96w x 60cmh The seat is 34cmh at it's highest point and 31cmh at its lowest.
Three-seat:260w x 96w x 60cmh The seat is 36cmh at it's highest point and 31cmh at its lowest.
Materials
Supporting frame in 30x30 mm tubular steel with epoxy powder coating with a fixed 10 mm thick HPL panel veneered and edged with Canaletto walnut “rigatino” with water-based acrylic paint finish.
Armrest and backrest structure in double-panelled poplar and pine with padding in differentiated density polyurethane foam, covered with a mat in prewashed and sterilized goose down, stitched into separate compartments.
Seat cushion in differentiated density polyurethane foam, covered with acrylic fibre layers.
The coffee table base is screwed to the supporting frame with a 0°-90° frictioned swivel mechanism.
Covers are fully removable by zippers and Velcro fastenings.
