Designed by Vico Magistretti in 1969, the Mezzachimera table lamp is a smaller accomplice to the Chimera floor light. Sitting on a base of white painted metal, the gentle folds of heat-curved opal methacrylate shield the bulbs and diffuse the light, creating a soft glow.
Like the chimera, the Mezzachimera can also be used as a floor light, and is as much a display piece as a practical lamp.
