The Sandows Daybed N°114 was originally created by René Herbst in 1927 and is now reissued by Petite Friture for contemporary living spaces. Manufactured in Italy using carefully selected materials, the design balances architectural design, comfort, functionality, and timeless elegance.
The daybed features the collection’s signature chromed steel frame and fabric-covered rubber sandows, which provide flexible, body-conforming support. Black lacquered oak veneer armrests add warmth and sophistication, while the luxurious black leather mattress and matching headrest enhance comfort and refinement.
Designed for relaxation, the reclining backrest adjusts through nine positions using an integrated screw mechanism, allowing the user to find the perfect angle for reading, lounging, or resting.
