In 1949, Charles and Ray Eames developed a new system of free-standing multifunctional shelves which - similar to the Eames House that dates from the same time - were constructed strictly in keeping with the principles of industrial mass production: the Eames Storage Units (ESU).

Herman Miller has the sole license for the Charles and Ray Eames collection in the U.S. and the Far East. Therefore the export of these products from the UK to the U.S. is not possible.

Materials
Black powder coated metal surfaces, maple plywood shelves with clear lacquered birch veneer.
Lacquered screens in Pale blue, Rusty orange, Eames red, Fawn and Mauve grey. Feet can be levelled individually.
