Tabouret Métallique
Tabouret Métallique by Jean Prouvé for Vitra.
First designed along with two other proposed models in metal in 1936 by Jean Prouvé for the Maison d‘éducation surveillée de Saint-Maurice, the Tabouret Métallique never actually went into production until now. For the first time, the metal tabouret is being produced by Vitra with bent sheet metal underframe construction and shares structural similarities with the later Trapèze table.
Tabouret Métallique is a functional stool that can also be used as a small side table and comes in a selection of four original Prouvé colours.
