Designed in 2011 for Italian manufacturer Zilio A&C, Patan is conceived as a fully functional dining chair that folds without compromising on comfort.
Carefully shaped to support the body, the chair also allows the user to rest their elbows naturally on the backrest, reinforcing its suitability for everyday use. Ideal for compact living, it can be easily folded and stored, making it particularly well-suited to small city apartments where space saving is key. Multiple chairs can be stacked efficiently, while the design enables six chairs to be packed into a single standard box, reducing transport impact.
Crafted from durable beech plywood in natural or stained finishes, Patan is built to withstand daily use, reinterpreting a classic form with practicality, longevity and quiet refinement.
