Drawing from Scandinavian craftsmanship, the In Between collection started with a single chair and has since expanded to include tables and stools in various finishes. The design explores the interaction between solid forms and empty space, resulting in a table with a quiet, enduring presence.
Designer Sami Kallio, known for his expertise in traditional Nordic woodworking, combines two techniques: compression moulding, which gives the table its lightweight yet durable structure, and woodturning, which adds refined, detailed finishing.
In 2025, &Tradition introduced a new addition to the collection: a Verde Guatemala marble tabletop. Rich in tone and suited to both residential interiors and high-traffic spaces, it continues the range’s commitment to thoughtful materiality and lasting design

Materials
Available with tabletop in solid wood (oiled oak, smoked oiled oak, black lacquered oak or walnut) or marble (Nero Marquina, Bianco Carrara, Verde Guatemala). Note the SK20 is only available with a tabletop in marble.
Pedestal base made from powder-coated steel in either bronze or black.
