In 1994, Forminord, a company situated near the Arctic Circle, commissioned Jonas Bohlin and Thomas Sandell to make them a functional and high-quality storage unit. They designed the Snow series, which combined traditional Swedish design with a global perspective.
The Snow F cabinet is part of this range and features unembellished designs with cutout handles, two soft-closing doors, a middle partition, and four organisational shelves. The front doors have glass panels allowing easy display of your items.
The Snow series has become incredibly popular in Sweden due to its high quality, versatility, and unique appearance. It is still handmade in Tibro, a small town known for its furniture-making expertise.

Materials
Lacquered MDF available in white, anthracite, light grey, mole, deep blue, storm grey, nordic blue, green khaki, dark sand, taupe, and charcoal grey.
Base plinth in natural oak or birch.
For years, Asplund have been researching the possibilities of a more sustainable water-based lacquer that maintains the durability of an acid-based lacquer.
The Snow series is one of the first ranges that are coated in the new generation of water-based lacquers which has great viscosity, adhesiveness, durability, lightfastness, stain retardant for coffee, alcohol and fats.
