Charlotte Perriand's 7 Fauteuil Tournant chair, a design icon boasting versatility and functionality, was created in 1927 for her Parisian flat at Place Saint-Sulpice. Initially presented at the 1928 Salon des Artistes Décorateurs, followed by the 1929 Salon d'Automne, this chair's flexible design allowed it to serve as a dining, side, or executive chair with equal ease.
The design has now been adapted for outdoor use, with a special textured powder-coat finish applied to the stainless steel frame to make it weather-resistant. Additionally, the upholstery has been specially treated for outdoor use without sacrificing its beauty and comfort.
