Céramique Up by Ronan Bouroullec for Flos.
In 2023, Ronan Bouroullec designed the Céramique collection, featuring three modern lamps crafted from a single terracotta body. Each lamp comprises a base, stem, and cap with a fixed, non-adjustable diffuser in three different positions: up, down and to the side. The Up version emanates comfortable and soft light, perfect for creating indirect ambient lighting.
Bouroullec chose ceramic for this collection to tribute traditional craftwork, expressing his commitment to this medium's ongoing evolution and preservation. Every piece in the collection is meticulously handmade, showcasing the artisan's attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Céramique also marks Flos's first venture into the world of ceramics.
The lamp, available in three colours, is complete with a lead-free lacquered crystalline finish, accentuating its handcrafted surface.
