Designed in 2025 by Hugo Passos for Fredericia, the Gomo Armchair Swivel Base combines generous comfort with the flexibility required for contemporary living and working environments. Defined by its softly upholstered, moulded shell, the chair offers an inviting seat while maintaining a clean, architectural silhouette.
Available with either a 4-star or 5-star aluminium swivel base in polished or powder-coated finishes, Gomo adapts effortlessly to a variety of settings. The 4-star version is fitted with glides, while the height-adjustable 5-star model features castors. Both configurations provide smooth movement and ergonomic support without compromising comfort.
Reflecting Fredericia’s commitment to longevity, Gomo is designed with removable upholstery and replaceable components, allowing individual parts to be renewed when required. Crafted for decades of use, it embodies a thoughtful approach to circular design, balancing durability, adaptability and enduring aesthetic appeal.

Materials
Core made of moulded recycled polypropylene with a plywood core seat. Covered in removable CMHR foam and upholstered in a removable textile cover fixed with Velcro.
Base crafted from cast aluminium with a polished or powder-coated finish.
