High Dot Bar Stool
High Dot Bar Stool by Arne Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen.
In 1954, Arne Jacobsen collaborated with the Danish furniture manufacturer Fritz Hansen to create the Dot stool - a contemporary, minimalist, and refined design suitable for essential or additional seating in office and home settings.
Jacobsen's emphasis on minimising materials guided the design of Dot, resulting in a graceful and sophisticated expression. Equipped initially with three legs, a fourth leg was added in the 1970s, with the tall Stool, the High Dot, joining the range in the late 1960s.
