Beetle swivel chair by GamFratesi for Gubi.
The Beetle dining chair was designed in 2013 and shown during the Milan Mindcraft exhibition. This annual exhibition promotes the very best of Danish design such as GamFratesi's Beetle range.

50w x 55d x 45/87cmh
Materials
The duo was inspired by the eponymous insect and the way its hard shell protects the insect's soft body.
They have recreated this shell in laminated moulded veneer while the soft padding is made of moulded polyurethane foam.
The chair is fully upholstered in a wide range of fabrics with hand-sewn piping.
Swivel base in powder-coated black or brass finish.
The beetle chair is also available with tubular or wooden legs in various finishes or with castors.
