VL Studio Wall Light
VL Studio Wall Light by Vihlem Lauritzen for Louis Poulsen.
Designed by Vilhelm Lauritzen for the Danish Broadcasting Corporation in the 1940s, Louis Poulsen's VL Studio series takes its name from its original use as an indicator of whether or not recoding was taking place within the radio's studio.
The refined light is suitable for modern and traditional interiors, displaying a pleasantly round bulb crafted from a glossy, triple-layered, opal glass. The bulb sits within a metal shade, available in two finishes, and can be tilted 90 degrees to the left or to the right to allow for adaptable light distribution.
