Designed by Cecilie Manz in 2024, Shoto is a collection of tables characterised by meticulously crafted solid table tops. The tops feature precise detailing and smooth transitions from soft curves to straight lines, forming a tray-like surface.
When creating the collection, Manz found inspiration in the small islands we built in our living spaces, making Shoto a fitting name; it translates from Japanese to 'archipelago'.
The side tables are available in various sizes and heights and feature oval table tops with solid metal bases, making them ideal for narrow spaces and lobbies.

Materials
Crafted from 22mm thick solid wood in a variety of woods with different finishes: maple (clear and matte clay urethane), ash (whitish and natural black urethane), oak (clear, whitish and natural black urethane) or walnut (clear and light brown urethane).
The wood is sourced from North America in forests that are managed and felled in a planned manner.
